Shipping, Delivery and Payments

Modes of Payment

We accept all major debit & credit cards (including MasterCard, Visa & American Express) and also provide Net Banking options across major banks, UPI, mobile wallets and CRED.

  • What is the cost of shipping?
  • INDIA:
    • We offer FREE domestic shipping all over India.
    • If the order is returned by the customer, then the customer has to bear the cost of shipping the product again.
  • REST OF WORLD:
    • For all international orders from outside India, Shipping charges are charged on basis of weight (different for each country).
    • Shipping Charges are automatically calculated at the Checkout.
  • How long will it take for the order to reach me?
  • It usually takes 4-5 working days to dispatch an order. Shipping time for Domestic orders is 5-9 days whereas for International orders is 15-20 days.
  • In case it is Urgent to you, kindly Contact us, we will process your order on priority.
  • If you have placed an order with multiple items, please note that your items may arrive in multiple shipments. The estimated delivery times are indicative, and, on some occasions, there might be some unavoidable delays beyond our control. We will keep you informed in case of any delays.
  • What can I do if my order dispatch is delayed?
  • We will try our best to get your products to you within the estimated delivery times. If the package has not reached you by the expected delivery date, kindly Call / WhatsApp us on +91-9805199946 or write to us at support@shopthetaa.com
  • My order has been shipped. Can I track it?
  • For orders within India, once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order
  • For International Orders, we send an Email indicating the order has been dispatched with the relevant tracking details.
  • You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse.
  • If we are unable to fulfil the order in 20 days due to any reasons, we will Contact you.
CUSTOMS & DUTIES
  • The customs and duties for international customers will be borne by the customer, it cannot be estimated by us before or after placing an order with us. Also, we cannot assure you if the particular order needs to pay or not, it’s totally not under our control.
CANCELLATION BY Shopthetaa
  • Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept/fulfil and must cancel. We reserve the right at our sole discretion to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
  • Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.
  • We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order.
  • If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account.
  • The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Shopthetaa and accept the decision regarding the cancellation.
CANCELLATION BY THE CUSTOMER
  • Prepaid orders are not eligible for cancellation. Kindly Call / WhatsApp us on +91-9805199946 or write to us at support@shopthetaa.com to request a cancellation.
  • In certain circumstances where customer wants to cancel a Prepaid Order, valid refunds can only be processed in form of Store Credit.
  • The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Shopthetaa and accept the decision regarding the cancellation.
COURIER
  • Delivery takes 3-12 business days. Delivery time excludes payment verification & administrative processes.
  • Delivery is traceable and 100% insured.
  • Customer or addressee (anyone living at the address) will be required to sign for the package at the door.
  • If no one is at home/office to receive it, a re-delivery will be attempted up to 2 more times. You will be contacted by the courier company for a suitable time for re-delivery.
  • As soon as the order is shipped, we will send a detailed message with the name of the courier company and tracking number, it’s customers duty to follow up with the courier company after that, we can just help them with exact status of an order along with its location.

Returns & size exchange

RETURNS: 
  1. We take returns only in following cases:
  • Item is Defective (Please attach relevant pictures in reply)
  • Wrong Size Delivered (Other than the one that has been requested).
  1. Please make all valid return requests within 7 working days of receiving the product by dropping us an email on support@shopthetaa.com
  1. The item should be in its original, unworn, unused, unwashed, and undamaged condition.
  1. Valid returns will be issued in the form of store credits only.
  2. We do not have a return pickup facility hence the packet has to be sent back by the Customer to our address.
  3. Courier refund of maximum Rs.150/- would be given to the customer in case of exchange subject to the courier receipt.
  4.  Minor damages like tassels being pulled off etc. might happen during transit are not covered under return/exchange policy.
  5. There might be a minor (10%-12%) colour difference between the actual product and the pictures shown due to screen resolution issues. Please do not ask for exchange on this ground.
  6. Products on Sale/Discounts or purchased using any sorts of Coupon Codes will not be eligible for Size Exchange & Returns.
  7. International Orders will not be eligible for Size Exchange & Returns.
SIZE EXCHANGE:

We hope you get correct fits & love our products always, and never need to come to this page.
We also provide a margin of 2-3 inches in every outfit.

But in an extremely rare case that you do, here is our Size Exchange policy:

  1. In case another size is required than the one ordered for the same product:
  • Please send back the dress to us on the below mentioned address, we do not have reverse pickup facility.
  1. Do insert a slip inside the packet mentioning your contact details and the required size.
  1. A new dress will be delivered in 2-4 working days after we receive and the returned dress passes the quality check.
  1. The dress returned would be exchanged with the same dress of different size (subject to the availability in stock).
  2. Second time Courier charges Rs. 90/- per half kg would be charged for sending back the dress.
